Dramatic video shows suspect leaping behind wheel of Dallas police car

Dallas police released videos of a suspect who managed to get out of handcuffs and leap behind the wheel of a police car. The 37-year-old suspect drove off with an officer inside, according to police. NBC News’ Valerie Castro reports.
